Welcome to Weavy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing Weavy, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age.
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
  • If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.


2. Your Account

2.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@Weavy.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not create more than one account per person or impersonate another individual or entity.

2.2 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added security.
  • We will never ask for your password via email or support channels.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a risk to the safety of others on the platform.


3. User Content

3.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post on Weavy, including text, images, and links ("User Content").

3.2 License to Weavy

By posting content on Weavy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • Store, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
  • Reproduce or adapt it solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Weavy.

This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you share.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights.
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Weavy to:

  • Post, share, or promote content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or violent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or automated bots**.**
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the platform or other users' devices.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without our express written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Use the platform for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal acts.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Weavy that are not User Content — including but not limited to the logo, design, source code, and written materials — are owned by Weavy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without explicit permission.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform.

6. Third-Party Services

Weavy may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., Google OAuth, file storage providers). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or reliability.


7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • The accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for any User Content posted by other users.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weavy and its team members shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weavy and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Use.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by us.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Notify you via email or an in-app notification.

Your continued use of Weavy after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
